In the United States, legal scholars and practitioners often work in specialty areas like criminal law, business law, immigration, and the like. Each legal field has evolved to possess theories unique to its area of study. Our mission is to create and pioneer a new legal field—Metaverse Law—that shoulders American legal foundations.
Legal theories are the bedrock of American jurisprudence. Metaverse Policy Institute approaches the Metaverse Law by studying the intersection between American legal theories and the metaverse.
Metaverse is an immersive projection of virtual worlds. Metaverse Policy Institute interprets the metaverse broadly to include virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), mixed reality (MR), and emerging concepts like hyper-reality.
Our inaugural topic focuses on national security and immigration—reflecting on the birth of United States. We strive to pioneer the metaverse law to protect the welfare, prosperity, and security of all Americans.

On October 1, 2021, we founded the Metaverse Policy Institute to create and pioneer the Metaverse Law as a legal field.
